Use the [←]/[→] buttons to select [Auto Page Transition]
and then press the [Confirm] button.
When the check box is selected, the Auto Page Transition function is
enabled.

Setting the Countdown Timer

While a training menu is in progress, a countdown to the next interval is displayed
to urge you to prepare for the next interval.
You can set the number of seconds for that countdown.
