Performing Training Based on Your MMP
Data
Mean maximal power (MMP) is the maximum power that you can output on aver-
age for a given period of time.
For example, MMP includes data such as an average of 280 W for 5 minutes,
which means that this is the maximum value within the arbitrary period (most
recent month or year) for that data.
Performing training based on this MMP data allows you to perform training with
updating the mean maximal power as your goal.
When you parameter synchronize the device with Cyclo-Sphere, the MMP data for
the most recent three months is downloaded to the device.

■Types of Threshold Training

There are the times of 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and
60 minutes, and you can perform training with the power value of 102% of the MMP
for the selected time as your goal.
The MMP training of 60 minutes is the same as measuring your FTP value, so the
measurement result can be reflected as the measurement result of your FTP.
