The instructions for the first interval segment are displayed. When it
becomes time for the next interval segment, the instructions for that
segment are displayed.
This process is repeated. When all of the interval segments are finished,
the training menu ends automatically and the finished message appears
on the screen.

! If you press the [Lap] button, the next interval segment will start.

Press the [Logging] button.
Logging stops and the save confirmation message appears.
If you press the [Confirm] button, the log data is saved and the "Update
your FTP data?" message appears.
If you press the [Confirm] button, the FTP value in the user settings is
updated with the new FTP measurement result.
If multiple FTP measurement results are recorded in the log data, you
can select the measurement result by pressing the [→] button.
If you press the [←] button, the message closes and the previous screen
reappears while logging remains in the stopped state.
Updating the FTP measurement result in the user settings will result in a
message being displayed when the log data is saved.
When you wish to restart logging, press the [Logging] button again.
