Adjusting the sewing foot height

The foot height is set correctly
if the sewing foot is positioned
(fl oats) just above the sewing
material.
 Loosen the lock nut 1 and turn the
knurled thumb screw 2 to adjust the
sewing foot 3 according to the thickness
of the material.
 Tighten the lock nut 1 again.
