Method
1) In a bowl take maida add salt, baking powder
and water prepare a soft dough.
Keep it for 15 mins.
2) Roll out the dough into thin chapattis and add
the filling in the centre and wrap it like a bag.
Prepare all the momos in the same way.
3) In the SteamChef, add water to the steam water
bowl, place the momos on the steam plate and
cover.
4) Select menu and weight press start.
Serve with schzewan sauce.

plate and cover.
2) Select menu and weight and press start. Stand
for 3 minutes. Add chopped onion, tomato, salt,
chaat masala and lemon juice and serve.
1) In the SteamChef, add water to the steam water
bowl, place the fish on the steam plate and
cover. Select menu and weight and press start.
Stand for 3 minutes.
2) Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and garnish with
chopped spring onions and serve.
