Overriding a colleague's call (intrude)

Precondition: The station user whom you have called
is b usy. You need to cont act this colleague urgently.
Select and confirm.
Both the colleague and the other party hear an alerting
tone.
You can speak immediately.
To override, you must have the appropriate class
of service.
Override is not possible if the called party is pro-
tected by the Privacy function.
