LMO...CONTROL BOX
OPERATION.
Both «LED» and «EK...» are positioned under the transparent button. Pressing this button, you can reset the control box.
Possibility of two diagnostic functions:
1. Visual indication directly on the reset button: operation and diagnostics of device status.
2. Diagnostics with interface: in this case the OCI400 connecting cable is required and it can be connected to a PC with ACS400 software,
or to gas analysers of different manufacturers.
VISUAL INDICATION.
During operation, the control box status is indicated on the reset button. The table sums up the colour sequences and their meaning.
To activate the diagnostics function, hold the reset button down for at least 3 seconds. A quick red flashing indicates that the function is
active. Likewise, hold the reset button down for at least 3 seconds to deactivate the function (the switching will be indicated by a flashing
yellow light).
Condition
Waiting condition, other intermediate statuses
Fuel oil preheating ON, waiting time 5 sec. max. (tw)
Ignition phase
Correct operation, current strength of flame detector above the
minimum allowed
Incorrect operation, current strength of flame detector below the
minimum allowed
Decrease in power supply voltage
Burner in lock condition
Fault indication (see colour legend)
Extraneous light upon burner start-up
Quick flashing for diagnostics
NO LIGHT. RED.
The reset button «EK...» is the main element to access all diagnostic functions
RED
(activation and deactivation), and serves to unlock the command and control device.
YELLOW
The multicoloured «LED» indicates the control box status during both operation and
GREEN
diagnostics functions.
