7. Installation of electrical devices
Possible errors
Possible errors
The app cannot be found in the
store.
The Hobby Connect Box is not
recognised.
The box is connected to the po-
wer system, but it is not recog-
nised.
Logged into the app, but the box
is in offline mode.
Only the air-conditioning system
is not recognised.
The connection was interrupted.
App connection exists, but ele-
ments in the vehicle do not react
to switching.
Hobby code does not work.
Bluetooth connection does not
work.
Suggested solution
Check the settings on the device;
write MyHobby as one word and not
two.
Check whether the device is
connected to the power system.
Check the data cable on the box.
Restart the device by separating
it from the power supply system
for 10 seconds and then recon-
necting it.
Have your dealer check GSM
and GSM reception.
Press the main switch located di-
rectly on the roof air-conditioning
system to operate the device.
Disconnect the power cable from
the box for 10 seconds and then
restart.
Check whether the HobbyCon-
nect icon is displayed on the TFT
control panel. If necessary, exit
from the demo mode.
Enter again. Be careful to use
the correct upper and lower case
spelling.
Check the settings on your mo-
bile device to ensure that Blue-
tooth has been activated.

Check the app settings in the
respective country.
The red and green LED lights
must blink in the upper left-hand
corner.
Contact your dealer.
If necessary, change the location
and then check again.
Contact your dealer.
Still no connection: have your
dealer check the data.
If no icon is visible, check the
power supply. If necessary, dis-
connect it briefly.
Should several attempts fail,
contact your dealer.
The distance to the vehicle is too
great.
