SECTION 5 – OPERATION OF ELLIPTICAL TRAINER
COMPUTER CONSOLE MODES and PROGRAMMING
A. START MODE: After power is connected, the unit will beep and all segments of the
Console LCD Window will light for 2-3 seconds.
Use UP or DOWN buttons to select U1 (User number 1) to U4 (User number 4) as the
user's identification.
The unit will then be in START MODE as shown below.
"P", "MANUAL", "PROGRAM", "USER", and "TARGET H.R." will be blinking.
