STEP 7. Slide Wave Washer (84) onto the Frame (1). Attach left and right Pedal
Assemblies (111, 112) to Frame (1) with Bolts (146) and Washers (147, 148) and
then cap with Screw Cover (143). When assembling, pay attention to the "L" and
"R" tabs on pedal assemblies.
STEP 8. Slide Cap Cover (46) and Wave Washer (18) onto the Upright (45). Assemble left
and right Handrails (131, 132) to Upright (45) with Bolts (146) and Washers (148,
151) and then cap with Screw Cover (143). When assembling, pay attention to
the "L" and "R" tabs on Handrails.
