As a best practice to improve the data transmission efficiency, do not configure this feature if the
upper-layer protocols (for example, UDP) do not support flow control.
To configure QoS tokens:
Step
1. Enter system view.
2. Enter interface view.
3. Set the number of QoS tokens.
4. Shut down the interface.
5. Bring up the interface.
