VII. Troubleshooting
The MegaTronMT controller is designed for many years of trouble free operation. Should a problem occur,
refer to the following chart to help identify the problem. If replacement is required, follow the procedures
listed in the Warranty and Factory Service portion of this manual.
False reading .................................... Bad or dirty electrode
Will not calibrate ............................... Dirty electrode
No system power ..............................
Pulse timer not activating ................. Check wiring
Outputs not energized ......................
Out of calibration
Faulty electrode
Faulty wiring to electrode
Check fuse
Check connections
Check external device
Check fuse

Clean electrode
Replace electrode if needed
Replace wiring if needed
Replace as needed
Make sure ribbon cables are secure
Repair as needed
Repair/replace as needed
clogged pipes or strainers
