Icons used for alerts indicate the category of the alert, for example a nurse call, or a lab result.

Indications (if enabled)
High priority alert
Top display notification, red flashing LED beacon,
sound, and vibrator.
IMPORTANT: These indications are always enabled,
and cannot be turned off
Medium priority
Top display notification, yellow flashing LED beacon,
alert
sound, and vibrator.
Low priority alert
Top display notification, fixed cyan LED beacon,
sound, and vibrator.
