Conversation View

The Conversation view is used to receive and send messages to other handsets, see
Figure 9. Conversation view
• While in the Alert view, swipe left or tap the Conversation icon
If the handset is configured as a shared phone (or as a personal/temporary phone with user login
enabled in Unite), the conversations are personal to each individual user. For more information,

Shortcut Drawer
The shortcut drawer can contain up to four apps or services. If no apps or services are added, the drawer
will not be active. Users cannot add, edit, or delete apps or services from the shortcut drawer. How the
drawer is set-up is dependent on configuration, see Configuration Manual, Ascom Myco Smartphone.
When revealed, the shortcut drawer is placed as the top layer of the screen with the rest of the screen
dimmed. The icons in the drawer, including badges, mirror the icons in the App view, see
page
18. Depending on configuration, the name of the shortcut in the drawer might not be the same as in
the App view.
Warning
When the shortcut drawer is revealed, incoming alerts are displayed in the background.
To be able to interact with an alert, the shortcut drawer must first be hidden.
The shortcut drawer is not active when the handset is locked.
