SPEED DIAL

Speed dial
You can store your most frequently
dialed number in the Speed Dial location
in each handset. The Speed Dial allows
you to dial a number with one key press.
(There is no need to press the
TALK/FLASH key. The phone will
automatically dial the number stored.) If
you subscribe to voice mail service, store
your access number in this location.

Storing and editing the speed dial

When the phone is in the standby mode,
press and hold the SPEED DIAL key. The
following display appears.
If the Edit screen appears, there is a number
already stored. Press the
VOL/RING key to select ¨Edit Number¨.
Then press the SELECT/CH key.

Store the number by following step 7
under "Storing phone numbers and
names" on page E22.

Press the SELECT/CH key.
You hear a confirmation tone, and

storage is complete.
Note:
Number stored in Speed Dial is independent from the numbers stored in
Memory Dial.
