Making and receiving calls

Pick up the handset
(Automatic Talk: On) or pick
To receive up the handset and press
the TALK/FLASH key
a call
(Automatic Talk: Off).
1) Pick up the handset.
2) Press the TALK/FLASH key.
3) Listen for the dial tone.
4) Dial the number.
To make
a call
OR
1) Pick up the handset.
2) Dial the number, then
press the TALK/FLASH key.
To hang Press the END key or return the handset to the base or
up charging cradle (Automatic Standby).
1) Pick up the handset.
2) Press the TALK/FLASH key.
3) Listen for the dial tone.
4) Press the REDIAL/PAUSE
key.
To redial
OR
1) Pick up the handset.
2) Press the REDIAL/PAUSE
key, then press the
TALK/FLASH key.
Note:
Refer to page E13 "Setting menu options" to turn on the Automatic Talk feature
if desired.
