Select Flow Measurement > AGA-3 > Setup
Select the Constants tab from the open pane.
Type in the new Orifice size in the Orifice Diameter field.
Click Send.
Return the flow computer to service.
The orifice plate size is now changed.
6.16.2 Leaving Meter Run In-Service Procedure (Senior Fitting)

only be performed by qualified individuals.
To replace the orifice plate on a flow computer using a Senior Fitting:
Connect the PC running PCCU32 to the flow computer with either an MMI cable (RS-232), a USB cable or an
Ethernet cable.
Open PCCU.
Select the Calibration button on the toolbar.
Place the flow computer in hold, by entering the calibration mode.
Replace the orifice plate.
Exit the calibration mode.
Skip to Step 13 if the Log Period Reset is not desired.
Select the Entry button from the toolbar.
Select Flow Measurement.
Select the Commands tab from the open pane.
Change the value in the Reset Log Period field to Yes
Click Send.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the Log Period is reset a new record will be written based on the old orifice size.
The accumulated volume may also be zeroed by using the Reset Volume command.
Select Flow Measurement > AGA-3 > Setup
Select the Constants tab from the open pane.
Type in new Orifice size in the Orifice Diameter field.
Click Send.
Return the flow computer to service.
The orifice plate size is now changed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At top of next Volume Calculation Period, the flow computer will perform calculations based
on new orifice plate diameter for the part of the period after the log was reset.
