    ADJUSTMENTS/ASSEMBLY: Adapt the bike to your height 2.1 Adjusting the saddle:  6 mm Allen key 2.1.1 Angle: Loosen the nut under the saddle. Adjust the angle of the saddle in order to find your most comfortable position. Tighten the nut, with a maximum tightening torque of 13 Nm.

Clean your bike regularly with a sponge and soapy water. Do not use detergent or petrol, or a high-pressure jet spray. Clean and lubricate the bearings every 6 months.
