1 . INTRODUCTION

1 .1 PURPOSE OF THE M ANUAL

This publication contains all the infor mation
necessar y
for
the
maintenance of the manual flywheel slicing
machines to be used for food, with cir cular
blade, models 3 3 0 M .
The pur pose of this manual is to allow the
user , above all the dir ect user , to take ever y
pr ecaution
and
ar r ange
mater ial means necessar y for a safe and
lengthy use of these machines.

1 .2 KEEPING THE M ANUAL

This manual must be given to the per son who
will use and maintain the machines and this
per son will keep the manual in a safe and dr y
place, r eady to be used.
W e r ecommend that a copy be kept on file.
For
any
cor r espondence
manufactur er or author ised per sonnel, please
r efer to the infor mation on the plate and the
machine ser ial number .
The manual must be kept for the entir e life of
the machine and in case of need (ex. any
damage to even a par t of the manual that
makes consulting it difficult) the user must
acquir e a new copy exclusively fr om the
manufactur er .
The user must let the manufactur er know the
addr ess of any new owner of the machine.

1 .3 USE OF THE M ACHINE

The use and configur ations of the machine ar e
the only ones allowed by the manufactur er ; do
not tr y to use the machine differ ently fr om the
indications.
The machines ar e to be used for cutting only
food pr oducts of the type and size indicated in
the following par agr aphs.
The manufactur er declines all r esponsibility
der ived fr om an impr oper use or use by
per sonnel
who
has
under stood the contents
changes and/ or r epair s car r ied out on one's
own; the use of spar e par ts that ar e not
or iginal or not specific for the type of machine.
