5 . INSTALLATION

5 .1 INSTALLATION OF THE M ACHINE

If a suppor t column is not used, install the
machine on a sur face which is level, dr y and
suitable for the weight of the machine plus the
food to be sliced; r efer to par agr aph 3 .1 .
Check that ther e is nothing that can get in the
way of the flywheel, car r iage movement and food
loading.

5 .2 COM M AND DESCRIPTION

5 .2 .1 M ANOEUVRING FLYW HEEL
The flywheel (1 ) tur ned clockwise allows the
car r iage to be moved with the food plate with
simultaneous blade r otation.
5 .2 .2 REGULATING KNOB FOR SLICE
THICKNESS
The thickness of the slice is r egulated by
tur ning the gr aduated scale knob (2 )
clockwise.

5 .2 .3 OVERPLATE ADVANCE HANDW HEEL
The handwheel (3 ) allows the over plate with
the pr oduct to be br ought quickly near to the
blade after loading it or taken away fr om the
blade after cutting or for small r egulations.
