Adding More WMB260AC Whole-Home Wi-Fi Mesh System Mesh
Nodes
You may add additional WMB260AC Whole-Home Wi-Fi Mesh System to your mesh
system as mesh nodes. This will help increase the coverage of your wireless range
capacity as well as you will be able to roam without disconnection.
To add additional mesh node(s):
1. Position your mesh node near the Mesh Controller and plug the power
adapter to the mains.
2. Press and hold the WPS button of the Mesh Controller until the LED
starts to blink.
3. Press and hold the WPS button of the new mesh node until the LED
starts to blink.
4. Wait for 2 minutes for the blinking to stop.

5. Wait for the AON LED of all the units to turn solid BLUE.
6. Once all the AON LED on the controller and the mesh nodes is solid
BLUE, the mesh link is up and pairing is successful. You may now move
your mesh nodes.
7. The whole pairing process takes up to 5 minutes.
NOTE:
1. It is recommended to place your mesh nodes between the Mesh Controller
and the place where dead zone is experienced.
2. Mesh Controller can have both WMB260AC Whole-Home Wi-Fi Mesh System
and another AIR Router as mesh nodes in one mesh system.
At this point, the AON LED of your Mesh Controller and existing
node will turn blinking red.
