Loosen and remove the Belt Tensioner hardware (B, C, D).

8. Remove the Belt Tensioner assembly (A) from the Main Frame
bracket (G). Discard the old Belt Tensioner assembly.
Installation is the reverse procedure.

Note: Be sure that the upper portion of the Drive Belt (F) is
under the bearings on the Belt Tensioner (A). Adjust the
Belt Tensioner to the setting recorded in step 4.
10. Before you reinstall the Fan Covers, make sure that the belt
tension is correct. Refer to the "Belt Tension Adjustment" section
in this manual.
11. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and
components are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with the
Owner's Manual.
