REMEDY
Inspect & replace belt or tensioner
device as required
Clean drive
Increase cutting height or reduce
ground speed
Close quarter turn valve

Disengage PTO and wait for blades
to stop before raising wings
Close quarter turn valve

Add grease per manual
Clean top of deck area surrounding
spindle
Close quarter turn valve
This is a right-hand turning blade,
install RH blade
(RH blade, painted red)
Adjust chain length
Tighten lock springs
Remove
orifice
obstruction and reassemble
Unlatch deck locks.
Adjust drawbar to specification
Remove input shaft, pull apart and
deburr / grease splines
Grease at proper interval.
