APPLICATOR SETUP
Has label/web path been adjusted?
Has vacuum system been adjusted?
Has tamp pad height been adjusted for proper label
feed?
Check to make sure that the tamp assemblies are not
binding
Check tamp assembly fasteners to see that they are
tight and have Loc-tite on them.
Has applicator height been adjusted so that all products
can pass under the applicator?
Is tamp pad hitting product flatly?
Has smart tamp been adjusted?
Is product detector correctly positioned & working?
Has product delay been adjusted for all product sizes?
Are leveling feet being used?
Is Beacon/Audible Alarm working (Check all conditions)
Has low label sensor been adjusted?
