Part # Tasks
Apply thin film of anti-seize to threads of nose bolts.
Remove wheels and apply thin film of anti-seize to mounting flange.
Replace nose.
Replace gray end cap on top of side rails if missing.
Replace any cracked crossbars.
Replace main wiring harness.
Replace round up switch.
Replace right and left battery clamps. (004120 and 004121)
Replace battery housing.
Replace safety flap, safety flap shaft, and black plastic cap for safety flap.

Replace microswitch.
Replace battery cells.
Charge battery and check voltage of cells and record results.
Apply electrical grease.

Remove aluminum motor cover and inspect motor to ensure it's dry.
