- Page 2 Remove the seat. Lift fuel tank. Unplug connector from ECU (Fig. A). Stock Connector Plug male connector from PCIII into ECU (Fig. B). Plug female connector from PCIII into male connector from original harness (Fig. C). Run PCIII cable under fuel tank and along frame rail to the area under the seat.

- Page 4 Hold these buttons and start the bike 5. At this point holding that button down will move to adjust the Power Commander III the lights down (leaning out the mixture). 6. Pushing the button repeatedly will move the light up (richening the mixture).

Trouble Shooting If you feel that you are having any problems at all with the Power Commander III, disconnect it from your motorcycle. This will allow the motorcycle to run directly off of the stock ECU. The lights don’t come on when I turn the ignition switch on.
