4. Air cleaner inspection and maintenance
Check before each operation.
The air inlet in the cleaner is an important
component that sucks in cooled air for
the engine. Failure to clean regularly may
lead to overheating of the engine and decrease
engine power and the life of engine.
Keep it clean at all times.

Keep Fire Away
(1) Remove the cover and the separate the
outer foam cover from the paper element.
(2) Remove the outer foam cover and wash it in
kerosene. The saturate it in an oil mixture of
4 parts kerosene to 1 part engine oil and squeeze
it before installing.
(3) For the inside paper element clean it by blowing
on it with compressed air or tappping it gently to
remove any dirt. Change the paper element when
doing this fails to remove the dirt.
(4) After checking and cleaning, replace
the cover securely in its original position.
5. Replace the fuel lines
Every 1000 hours of operation
or when necessary

If you find flawed or cracked pipe that may lead
to fuel leak, immediately replace it.
Fuel leak can cause a fire.
DANGER
Never perform any of these tasks with the
engine on.
