Part 2. Troubleshooting
2.27. "LH" – Converter attention
Trigger
Current sensor on refrigerant/brine PCB
A9P is broken.
Possible cause
Faulty PCB A9P.
2.28. "L1" – Refrigerant/brine PCB abnormality
Trigger
Refrigerant/brine PCB detects current /
voltage errors.
Possible cause
Power supply is not OK -> imbalance
> 10%.
Compressor wiring is not OK.
Faulty refrigerant/brine PCB A9P.
External factor (e.g. electrical noise)
(cause when error is reset after power
reset, and error happens again after
awhile).
Blown fuse.
Faulty inverter PCB A10P.
2.29. "L4" – Radiation fin temperature abnormality
Trigger
Inverter PCB detects fin temperature
above 85°C.
Possible cause
Bad connection heat sink to inverter PCB.
Faulty thermistor R10T / inverter PCB
A10P.
Refrigerant shortage (incorrect charge /
leakage).

Effect
Unit will continue operating.
Check
Effect
Unit will stop operating.
Check
Check power supply for voltage fluctua-
tions (> 10%).
Check connection of the compressor
UVW wiring (see
page
119).
Check if the alive led is blinking in regular
intervals.
Check for source which could cause elec-
trical interference.
Check fuse on refrigerant/brine main PCB
A9P.
Check inverter PCB A10P (see
Effect
Unit will stop operating.
Check
Check connection between refrigerant
piping and heat sink of inverter PCB.
Check thermistor R10T (see
Check for refrigerant shortage.
Perform leak test.
2. Error code based troubleshooting
Reset
Auto-reset.
Corrective action
Replace PCB A9P (see
Reset
Via user interface (power reset might be
required).
Corrective action
Voltage fluctuations should be less than
10%.
Correct the UVW wiring (see
If not blinking in regular intervals, replace
the PCB (see
Replace fuse if blown.
page
75).
If faulty replace inverter PCB A10P (see
page
97).
Reset
Via user interface.
Corrective action
Restore thermal connection between ther-
mistor and heat sink (see
page
58).
Replace thermistor R10T (see
or inverter PCB A10P (see
