Part 2. Troubleshooting
2.5. "CJ-02" – User interface room temperature error
Trigger
Room temperature thermistor of user
interface detects an abnormal value (open
or short circuit).
Possible cause
Faulty room thermistor of user interface.
2.6. "C0" – Flow sensor error
Trigger
Flow sensor still detects a water flow after
45 seconds when pump has stopped.
Possible cause
Water flow caused by external pump.
Faulty flow sensor / hydro PCB A1P.
2.7. "C4" – Refrigerant liquid thermistor R3T (A1P) abnormality
Trigger
Thermistor detects an abnormal value
(open or short circuit).
Possible cause
Faulty refrigerant liquid thermistor R3T
(A1P) / hydro PCB A1P.
2.8. "EC" – Domestic hot water temperature error
Trigger
R5T (A1P) (water tank thermistor) detects
temperature above 89°C.
Possible cause
Increased water temp by external heat
source.
Faulty water tank thermistor R5T / hydro
PCB A1P.
