8.9 Setting Pulse Delay and Width Times
When the NL-2XX displays numeric values for the user to change, the right hand digit will be flashing
to indicate that the Up and Down buttons can be used to change the value.
To be able to set pulse delay and pulse width values a scheme is used where the exponent (power of
ten) of the value is set. The exponent values are as follows:

The flow diagram for entering timings on the keypad is given below.
When a light is pulsed, the display shows that a trigger has occurred by showing 'PUL' on the display.
