Procedures of disassembling / assembling
Removing the thread drawing cylinder
1. Remove the face plate. "Refer to (2) Disassembling and
assembling the face plate."
2. Remove screw 2 of cylinder installing plate
3. Remove thread guide lock nut
4 at the top end of shaft and cap nut
4. Remove cylinder nut 6, and remove cylinder installing plate

Assembling the thread drawing cylinder
1. Insert cylinder installing plate
At this time, be careful of the direction of joint
2. Screw in thread guide lock nut
tighten cap nut 5 until it goes no further. Then tighten thread
guide lock nut 3, and fix thread guide 8. At this time, make
the direction of thread guide
of cylinder installing plate
3. Install the cylinder unit to face plate
Adjust so that thread guide
plate !0 and the opening amount of nipper
when cylinder 9 is expanded or contracted.
4. Attach rubber presser 4 and cap nut 5.
5. Connect the air tube, and install face plate
