Symptom
• The safety loop is broken.
• PSU, DC-DC or LED driver board are
too hot.
Cause
• Missing module error
• Boot upload is activated
• Cyan error
• Yellow error
• Magenta error
• CTC error
• Gobo error
• Zoom error
• Focus error
• Safety loop error
Remedy
• See CAN BUS ID addressing
• See Boot mode firmware upload
• Check the cyan color flag and the end
stop switch.
• Check the yellow color flag, belt and end
stop switch.
• Check the magenta flag, belt and end
stop switch.
• Check the CTC flag, belt and end stop
switch.
• Check if gobo wheel 1 can rotate and if
the motor is engaged.
• Check if the sensor is registering the
magnet of the gobo wheel when it passes
by the sensor.
• Make sure that the zoom belt glides freely
up and down when the power is off.
• Check if the sensor is registrering the
magnet when the zoom wagon passes by.
• Make sure that the focus belt glides freely
up and down when the power is off.
• Check if the sensor is registrering the
magnet when the focus wagon passes by.
• Check if the connectors are properly
connected.
