11-2 Line Failure
If transmission IS not successful, the Caution indicator blinks and an Error Report IS printed.
Check this report and retransmit pages that were not sent to those locations marked with an
"E" In the Results column
Press the stop key to stop the indicator from blinking.

Remove the jammed document (refer
to pagel 1 -1) and repeat the
transmission procedure
The remote machine is out of order.
Check the error report
Ask the remote operator to correct
the fault
The line is busy or noisy
Check that the dial tone IS sent out.
Check the transmission report Try
to retransmit.
You are m TEL mode
Change to FAX mode
The minter has lammed.
Clear the jam (refer to page 11 -2).
The roll is empty.
Replace the roll (refer to page 7-14)
ID codes do not match.
Co-ordinate ID codes with the remote
terminal
Clean the exposure glass (refer to
page 7-1 5)
