Description
Enable Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
Note: DHCP is a standard protocol that allows a server to dynamically
distribute IP addressing and configuration information to clients.
Set the static IP address of your printer.
Configure IPv6 in the printer.
Run DHCPv6 in an IPv6 network.
Set the network adapter to accept the automatic IPv6 address configuration
entries provided by a router.
Specify the DNS server address, IP address, and the router for IPv6 network.
Show all IP and router addresses used in an IPv6 network.
Show the printer Media Access Control (MAC) addresses: Locally Administered
Address (LAA) and Universally Administered Address (UAA).
Note: You can change the printer LAA manually.
Set the printer to switch automatically to PCL emulation when a print job
requires it, regardless of the default printer language.
Note: If PCL SmartSwitch is off, then the printer does not examine incoming
data and uses the default printer language specified in the Setup menu.

it, regardless of the default printer language.
