Printer is not printing. THis happens intermittently without me knowing the cause. I check connections etc but after a period of time the printer once again responds without my knowing what caused it to print again.

The Lexmark B2338 printer may not be printing intermittently due to several possible issues:

1. Power Issues: The power cord may not be properly connected, or the electrical outlet may be turned off by a switch or breaker.

2. Driver Problems: The print driver may need to be removed and reinstalled.

3. Paper Issues: Paper may be misaligned, have absorbed moisture, or be sticking together due to humidity, causing jams or feeding problems.

4. Incorrect Settings: Incorrect paper size or type settings in the control panel may cause printing issues.

5. Printer Errors: If none of the steps resolve the issue, contacting customer support may be necessary.

Each of these should be checked in sequence to identify and fix the problem.
