Click display preset 3 and then click:
1. Display 1 > Program 1 > Loudness-Program 1
2. Display 2 > Program 1 > Graph Program 1
3. Display 3 > Program 2 > Loudness Program 2
4. Display 3 > Program 2 > Graph Program 2
5. Local Display 3 > Program Local > Loudness Local
6. Display 3 > Program Local > Graph Local
To remove a display, click on Display Settings, select any Display and select Off from the menu.
To aid in setting up the DRCs (loudness controllers) and also to evaluate content pre and post
processing there are several audio analyzers available in the Display settings menus:
For each Pgm there are meters for:
• DRC activity
• DOLBY DIGITAL PLUS Confidence (decode)
• ITU Loudness Meter
• ITU Loudness Graph
• EBU Loudness Range.
• True Peak readings are shown on each Program Loudness meter.
• When a Program Loudness Meter is set to measure Integrated Loudness the
measurement is started and stopped from the Instance x > Output > Meter > PGM
window. The Program Loudness meter will indicate if the integration is in Run or Stop
mode.
Common meters include:
• Instance I/O
• Hardware I/O
• Oscilloscope
• RTA
• FFT
The oscilloscope, RTA and FFT are valuable monitoring and diagnostic tools that can measure
and display signals from myriad patch points within AERO.2000. Extensive setup controls are
provided for these meter types. An example is shown in Figure 6-8, below.
