Meter Select Options
The upper left of Control 24 contains five but-
tons. With these buttons you can choose differ-
ent modes for the twenty-four pairs of channel
strip meters.
Each of the 24 channels on Control 24 includes
a dual, 14 segment meter display. During nor-
mal operation, these meters will display the
post-fader output levels of the Pro Tools chan-
nels they represent. Only the left side will re-
spond to mono tracks.
With the Demo Session playing, try switching to
PRE FADER, that will cause most of the meters to
rise to their actual levels, unattenuated by the
faders. The red peak indicators at the top of the
meters can be reset by pressing the CLEAR
PEAKS button.
