SECTION 2 - USER RESPONSIBILITIES, MACHINE PREPARATION, AND INSPECTION
GENERAL
Begin the "Walk-Around Inspection" at Item 1, as noted on the dia-
gram. Continue to the right (counterclockwise viewed from top)
checking each item in sequence for the conditions listed in the fol-
lowing checklist.
TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY, BE SURE MACHINE POWER IS OFF.
DO NOT OPERATE MACHINE UNTIL ALL MALFUNCTIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED.
INSPECTION NOTE: On all components, make sure there are no loose
or missing parts, that they are securely fastened, and no visible dam-
age, leaks or excessive wear exists in addition to any other criteria
mentioned.
1. Platform Assembly - Platform Assembly and Gate -
Footswitch works properly, not modified, disabled or blocked.
Latch, stop, and hinges in working condition.
2. Platform Control Console -
neutral, decals/placards secure and legible, control markings
legible.
