This section describes calibration procedures for the Satellite XT.
Calibration can be performed either automatically by a dynamic gas calibration or manually
by entering a calculated correction factor called K-factor.

!Note:
If a high degree of accuracy in monitoring is required, monthly calibration with calibration gas
of a known concentration is recommended.
When performing a dynamic calibration, a new correction factor (K-Factor) is calculated
automatically. The actual value can be displayed in the submenu Manual K-Factor.
Use appropriate safety precautions when handling toxic or corrosive gases and properly
vent, if possible.
Catalytic sensors must be protected from silicone vapours, which may permanenty reduce the
sensors' sensitivity.
Satellite XT 4-20 mA Versions
for the (0) 4-20 mA analog interface.
The instrument is in the Maintenance Mode and the
green LED is off.
Actuate the cursor keys <up> or <down> to move
