4. Select "Phase1", "DAPI",
"Alexa488", "RhodaminRed" are
registered on ImageAquisitionControl.
* Slit and Filter, DM are automatically
set for "DAPI" "Alexa488" "PhodaminRed"
5. Select "Phase2", Cy5 is registered on
ImageAquisitionControl
* Slit and Filter, DM are automatically
set for "Cy5"
6. Adjust the image to click
"XY Repeat" at each phases
* If acquire XYZ image, be able to
decide upper limit and bottom limit ,
slices, step size of Z axis at both
phases.
