Error details
The online operation started before is in the
continued status due to some reason (e.g.
communication disturbance during execution,
etc.).
Start the online operation forcibly.
An attempt was made to read the CRC value
to the file in which the CRC value is not stored.
The history file read cannot be started since
the history data update is during execution in
the CPU module.
The communication between CPU A and CPU
B failed.
