The startup trap is implemented using the standard coldStart & warmStart traps.
The system-shutdown trap is sent, when the system is rebooted via the reboot function of the web inter-
face or when the watchdog reboots the system.

The UPD Message Receiver is a service that listens on the configured port (default 2157) for arriving UDP
fired (see chapter 5.1.7.9.1 Events). Use the Event Manager (5.1.7.9 Event Manager) to forward the mes-
sage (UDP payload) to a SMS or E-mail destination.
