5.5.4. DMZ

Step 1: Log onto the WEB configuration interface of R800 LTE Router as provided in "5.2.1 Log onto the WEB Configuration
Interface". Click "Forwarding Settings > DMZ" to input dmz host IP, as shown in Figure 5-5-5.

VERVIEW
Security Settings refers to the firewall function of the router, which analyzes the IP address/Port/MAC address or IP data of the
data packets to the router, compares them with the firewall rules added by the user, and receive or drop the data packets matching
the applicable firewall rules to achieve the effect of secure access by the user. R800 LTE Router supports IP filtering and MAC address
filtering, which are enabled by setting security rules, such as allowing/disallowing some network segments to access the WAN and
allowing/disallowing other users to access the router.
5.6.2. P
ORT ISOLATION
The switch (namely the switch to control access through the Wan, 3G/4G interface, VPN interface to the LAN IPs) of the firewall
controls access of the external area to the internal area.
