WARNING: Allow only qualified personnel to perform the following tasks.

related documentation.
CAUTION: Trigger the solenoid valves only when the application head is
heated to operating temperature!
NOTE: The temperature setting is determined by the processing
temperature prescribed by the adhesive supplier. The maximum operating
temperature of the product described here may not be exceeded.
The application head temperature required is set on the melter.
The basis for temperature selections are the values stipulated by the hot
melt manufacturer.
Nordson will assume no warranty or liability for damage resulting from
incorrect temperature settings.
The control air pressure is set to suit each application on an air conditioning
unit. The air conditioning unit with pressure control valve is not part of the
application head.
Set control air pressure:
5 to 6 bar
NOTE: The maximum control air pressure may not be exceeded.
The exact pressure must be determined for each application.
Nordson will assume no warranty or liability for damage resulting from
incorrect pressure settings.
