Problem
Procedures：
1. There are 4 parts that may slip.
2. M12 x P1.75 Fish-eye bearing: M12
nut must be firmly tightened with
Connecting Arm and rod end bearing
perpendicular to M12x P1.75 bolt,
as shown in figure 1.
3. Bushing Housing: 3/8" x 2-1/4"
socket head cap screw must be firmly
tightened with 3/8" x 11T nut.
4. Cross Bar: M8x40m/msocket head cap
screw on the Cross Bar must be firmly
tight.
5. The Belt: Belt slipping is quite usual
because the belt gets less tensioned as
time lasts. Time duration and user
weight are major factors. Follow
procedure 6 to adjust the belt tension.
