    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION This manual is designed to help you easily assemble, adjust and use this machine. Please read this manual carefully. For the sake of familiarizing yourself with the parts identified in the instruction, first study the overview drawing. Set all parts in a clear area on the floor and remove the packing material.
  • Page 7 STEP 3 Remove the bumper (45) from the rail (1). Slide the Seat (54) on to the rail (1). Secure the bumper (45) on to the rail(1). NOTE: 1. Refer to the inset drawing. If it is difficult to slide the seat (54) on to the rail (1). You will need to turn the m6 nylock nuts (78) found on both sides of the seat carriage (55) counterclockwise to lower the position of the roller.
  • Page 8 Step 4 Attach the rear stand (2) to the rail (1). Secure using two M8x11.25x8mm flat head bolts (74) and two m8 x 1.25 x 12mm flat head bolts (75). STEP 5 Attach the rail cap (46) to the rear stand (2). Secure using two m5x10mm round head screws (68). STEP 6 Remove the locking knob (44) form the support frame (4).
  • Page 9 STEP 7 Lock the support frame (4) into place on the rail (1) using the locking knob (44). Insert the pull pin (43) into the opening of the rail (1) for storage. STEP 8 Install two AA batteries into the monitor (35). Connect the upper monitor wire (33) to the back of the monitor (35).
  • Page 10 MONITOR INSTRUCTIONS USING THE MONITOR POWER ON : Seat movement or push the button. POWER OFF : Automatic shut off after four minutes of inactivity. FUNCTION BUTTON: Press the MODE button to select the function value displays of SPM, COUNT, DISTANCE, SPEED, TIME and CALORIES.

    MOVING / FOLDING / STORING YOUR AIR ROWER To Fold the air rower a. Remove the pull pin (43) from the rail (1). Remove the locking knob (44) from the support frame (4). b. Slide the seat (54) to the back end of the rail (1). Fold the fan assembly towards the seat.

  • Page 18 Specificity Different forms of exercise produce different results. The type of exercise that is carried out is specific both to the muscle groups being used and to the energy source involved. There is little transfer of the effects of exercise, i.e. from strength training to cardiovascular fitness. That is why it is important to have an exercise program tailored to your specific needs.
  • Page 19 Don’t push yourself too hard to reach the figures on this table. It can be very uncomfortable if you overdo it. Let it happen naturally as you work through your program. Remember, the target is a guide, not a rule, a little above or below is just fine. Two final comments: (1) don’t be concerned with day to day variations in your pulse rate, being under pressure or not enough sleep can affect it;(2) your pulse rate is a guide, don’t become a slave to it.

Movements should be performed slowly and smoothly, with no bouncing or jerking. Move into the stretch until slight tension, not pain, is felt in the muscle and hold for 20-30 seconds.
