Trafficator front LH,
11.22
RH & cover cockpit
LH, RH
 Locate Cover cockpit LH
& RH in the rubber
grommets in the top
frame LH & RH
 Locate traficator on the
cover cockpit
tighten with hex socket
head screw.
 Repeat above process to
assemble the other
trafficator
 Connect Trafficator
wiring couplers below
headlamp.
Wind Shield
Assembly
 Locate windshield
assembly on top frame.
 Assemble plastic washers
on the 4 Hex socket head
cap screws and tighten
to top frame LH & RH.

Double end spanner:10mm
Torque :

NOTE:
Couplers are color coded
as:
LH side: Green
RH side: Red
NOTE:
Hold the rubber mounted
nuts from behind while
Tightening screws.
