Database management module
The data module in the NOWC board provides some basic
databases. Each database has a time postmark that will be
printed on the database during its modification by the SMN.
The NOWC board cannot modify the postmark of the
database. It can only check whether the postmarks of the
NOWC board and SMN are consistent to judge whether their
databases are consistent.
Software Module of Transmission
Convergence Board
During the initialization, the transmission convergence board
loads the database from the Flash to the memory, and
configures it to the corresponding modules and line cards. On
the other hand, the transmission convergence board obtains the
time postmark of the static configuration data through the
Ethernet interface. If the postmark of static configuration data of
the Flash of the transmission convergence board is different
from that of the NOWC board, the transmission convergence
board software will obtain the database with the inconsistent
time postmark from the NOWC board, write the database in the
Flash, and reconfigure it to each module and line card. The
module
