The functions of the NOWC board software modules are
described as follows:
Main control module
Implementing the initialization of the modules according
to their startup order.
Implementing the database synchronization between the
NS board and the SMN during power-on.
Distributing the messages between the Manager and
Agent through the QSDH standard structure.
System management module
Downloading the software version of the NOWC board,
TAA board and various line cards.
Uploading,
configuration database of the NE.
Showing the software version number and version time
(including the NOWC board, TAA board and all line cards).
Showing the current running version area of the NS
board, version numbers of Area A/B NS boards, version
numbers of line cards of Area A/B and current running
version numbers of NS board and line cards.
Setting the command for the NS board to restart the
version area.
Configuring the NE time.
