l Click Edit to change the conference settings.
l Click Delete to delete the conference after confirmation.

10.6 Viewing Conference History

Context
From the Telepresence System Manager, you can view all conferences that have been initiated
or attended using the telepresence system.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Records > Conference History.
Step 2 Click a conference to view its details in Call Information on the right.

10.7 Setting the Administrator Number

Context
The administrator number can be set only when a public switched telephone network (PSTN)
interface card is installed on the telepresence host. After you set the administrator number, you
can contact the administrator by choosing
Procedure
Step 1 From the home page of the Telepresence System Manager, choose System Settings > Security
and Service.
Step 2 Complete the Administrator number field.
Step 3 Click Save.

10.8 Restarting the Telepresence Host

Prerequisites
When the telepresence system is not used in a conference, or no settings are being imported into
or exported from the system, you can restart the telepresence host.
